I love living here. There was a huge shift in employees though, the whole office was replaced and almost the whole maintenance team is different. We also have a new pest control company who has actually taken and issues in the buildings seriously. I don't know why they replaced Caitlyn and Sky but they alwere absolutely amazing at what the do with customers and will surely be missed. The only downside ive seen here is that the tenants make huge messes outside and just leave them as well as a couple maintenance requests that have taken way too long. Usually maintenance is pretty quick.

Just wanted to thank the Team at Elevate at Pena Station. I lived there for 4 years under 2 management teams. The latter team of Caitlin and her staff came in and helped me secure my new lease when ownership had changed. Over the course of 3 years I was impressed with not only kindness but satisfaction. From lease renewals and garage rentals to prompt response from the maintenance team on repairs or emergencies. Great location.Quick access to the light rail and DIA. Its a growing and thriving community. Life has taken me away from the Denver area but I will definitely recommend my friends and family to your community. Thanks Sincerely!!

I love this place !! I stopped in just to check out how affordable these apartments were as well as see the amenities . Security entry in all of the buildings was huge for me to live here , and feel safe . The girls at the front desk couldn't be more friendly , knowledgeable, attentive , and professional extending me there time . The location is awesome it balances out my time , and really fits my needs !! For the price the apartments are elevated... Nice n clean inside with a contemporary modern style . The staff here was great. I initially met with Sky and she was really friendly and helpful. I also met Caitlin, who was able to answer some more questions and also very kind. They were both more approachable and helpful than some other properties I've visited. My only concern was some property damage from past weather.

I know it is not going to be posted but you should know: 1) Kids scream in the pool all day long! and nobody cares!!! The family that occupied pool leaves trash there every day!!! Nobody else can use the pool! They also play their Latina music all day long in the pool! It became their private pool! Other people are at the pool all night, and security doesn't care but they surely kicked us out before even 10 pm the only time we used the pool! 2) The stairs inside the buiding are never cleaned! Gross!!! 3) The gym is never cleaned too - some trash inside the equipment has been there for a month! 4) The metallic door slams every time!!! It has to be fixed!!! 5) A lot of people who live here have no idea about personal hygiene! WTF!!!!! No section 8 anymore!!! They also litter - it caused rodents a month ago!!!

Lived there for 4 years. I only moved because my employer's office moved out to Golden. The office and maintenance staff were friendly, competent and patient. Whenever I had a maintenance issue or they had to inspect something in my apartment, they always worked with my schedule so I wouldn't have to cage my dog who is old, and traumatized by being in the cage. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I’ve lived here since December. I was having trouble with other apartments in the area getting approved because of a low credit score. Josh helped me get approved to move in. Josh has been so helpful it’s insane! During my first month living here Amazon had left an important package outside the entry door to my apartment building while I was at work. (Amazon took a pic and sent it to me where they left the package) I called Josh at the office and he went and grabbed my package and held it for me so it was safe! He seriously didn’t have to do that for be but he did! He’s an awesome dude and is always willing to help! I can’t give him enough credit for making me feel welcome and comfortable in my new home!! Thanks Josh!!

I’ve lived here since September. Neighbors are nice, grounds are kept clean, the amenities are lovely and the gym is awesome. The staff is pretty friendly also. The only thing I’d say could be better is the office staff actually answering the phone once in a while. I always have to come into the office if I need a question answered. I've been a tenant for a year, never had an issue with monthly payments being paid or price changes on my apartment. I recommend these apartments for anyone who plans to work at the airport. The Train station is right down the road and a start bucks is just a 3 min walk away. The gym is very nice and the amount of people that utilize this gym is slim to none. Re uped for another year for my convenience and the fact that management is super helpful when you need help, but does not over step their boundaries .

Love living at these apartments. I initially moved in with the old management company with a 6 month lease. A year and a half later I am renewing my lease for as long as possible. New management have been really cool and strive for community togetherness. Anyone that writes a negative reviews skew the new management poorly yet the issue is really respect of the property. When old management was bought out it left the residents that were friendly w the staff bitter. The residents stopped picking up after their dogs, parked cars that dont even run in the lot, littered in the buildings, ect. Residents have made a HUGE work load for the new team. Interacting w all the new staff and treating then with respect goes a long way. They are currently making improvements to control parking issues, packages issues, and the hot tub. Any new resident would be lucky to live here.

Unfortunately she didn't have a floor plan that worked for me within my time frame. I highly recommend checking out Elevate at Pena Station! This place is definitely one of the nicest apartment complexes. The facility is well kept up with, there are tons of amenities, but the best part is the staff. Gino and Kristen are super friendly and make you free like more than just a renter. The staff makes sure everyone that comes in (guest or resident) feels like they are family. I never got the chance to live here due to personal reasons stopping me from moving to Colorado; however, if I ever move to Colorado in the future I will definitely be calling this place home!

We signed an 18month lease, and we are doing it again! Majority of our first year was during the lockdown/pandemic and if it wasn't for Gino and his team - we would have gone insane! but besides that, everything about living here is worth it! Living beside the train station is clutch!! The Pool, gym, & Hot Tub is my daily rotation and are always taken care of by Richard and his rockstar team! We have lived in Cap Hill, Glendale and now here (we work our here, so it makes sense). So many new things are being built out here! Living here knowing Gino, Kristen, Richard, EJ are ready to do what it takes to make it feels like, feels like living with family. When we move, its because we are moving to a house. We wouldn't live in any other apartment community in Denver/Aurora.

Elevate at Pena station is without a doubt the nicest apartment complex I’ve lived in- with staff that will literally fight tooth and nail to make sure every tenant is happy. This is the second apartment I’ve rented in this complex, and while I was very impressed with the quality of the first unit, this one is no different. My friends and family often come and compliment the style; and every neighbor I’ve met is friendly. I know when the time comes, I will be signing a third lease and staying in my unit. Gino, the leasing office manager, has been so great and accommodating since day one and especially during the pandemic. Kristen is awesome and super friendly, too! Since I haven’t formally moved into my apartment yet, my review is specifically about the level of customer service that I repeatedly experienced from the Elevate @ Pena Station team. Over the past 2 months, I’ve visited 13 properties and interacted with the staffing. However, what sold me at Elevate was the quality customer service from Gino and his team. Gino, Kristin and Rich have all bent over backwards to accommodate my requests and all show interest in ensuring a great living experience for ALL at the property. I just want to thank them and acknowledge this because it was refreshing to be greeted with such a welcoming attitude. Also, the property itself is very beautiful, modern, clean and I love the location. I’m an looking forward to becoming an official resident soon!

These apartments are not low income. I have been to the leasing office many times and Kristen has never been lazy. While I understand that people have their own perspectives it is important to be honest. Gino is great and the maintenance supervisor Richard loves to wear booties when entering your space which I love. Overall great place to live!

You'll be amazed with Elevate @ Pena Station for SO many reasons. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and the convenience of the RTD, which is the train; only 3 short minute walking distance and the airport DIA only a 7 minute drive from the complex. In addition, the stellar units are well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Each unit has stainless steel refrigerators and stove with hardwood flooring and tile bathroom for ease of cleaning; with a carpeted bedroom and closet. My particular favorite, is the shelving in the bedrooms for books, pictures or any decor one desires to put in its place. We thought of moving however, once we considered Gino the property manager and his staff comprised of: Kristin who is the Assistant Property manger, and the maintenance team Richard and Elijah we could not go. This team here is amazing. Kristin played a magnificent roll facilitating mine and my wife's move here ALL the way from the citrus state. Gino I could not say enough about this guy, stellar manager with customer service in mind always, intelligent, witty and integrity. He ensures our community is safe and well maintained, meeting the needs of EVERY resident going above and beyond ALL expectations. Richard and Elijah service the property and ensure each unit is intact. You ALL are appreciated! Thank you

Absolutely amazing place to live, beautiful modern apartments with fantastic amenities, mountain views and the light rail just a couple minute walk away. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, Gino and Kristen happily answered any questions I had. Great place to lease!!! Complex is absolutely magnificent - modern, clean, fabulous location (5 minute walk to Light Rail) & amenities that are a dream! To top things off the management team, Gino and Kristen are hands down the best. They made the whole process seamless from the get go and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us for a minute. We kept them 2 hours after closing and they never ever rushed us through the process on the contrary. Highly recommend.

I am nearing the end of my lease and find it easy to give 5 stars. I had no issues or problems during my 12 month lease. The front office has been great and responds very quickly. The place always clean and extremely quiet. My mail and packages are always handled quit and professionally. The location is super convenient. I would recommend Elevate to anyone in search of a place in the Denver area!

Really wonderful community and very nice apartments. I enjoyed my time here and met a lot of really great neighbors around the pool area. Gino and Kristen were both really awesome with getting me moved in and helping me with my needs. They're always there to answer any questions I have. The huge kitchen is definitely my favorite feature, these are definitely the nicest apartments I have ever lived in, hands down. Gino helped me with some maintenance issues upon moving in, they were VERY accommodating and resolved my issues as quickly as they possibly could.

Seriously one of the best places I've lived in. The community is wonderful & facilities are brand new. The best part would have to be the staff, however. They bend over backwards to accommodate us, and it shows a level of concern that I've never experienced anywhere else. UPDATE: Had to deduct stars due to the parking situation. As the complex filled up (or maybe people park here to use the nearby train station), spots have become scarce. I've had to leave my car in front of the garbage pickup area it's that bad. Really disappointing. UPDATE 2: Management took immediate action to solve the parking issue - good job guys. FINAL UPDATE: Well, it's been a year and I have to say... gonna miss this place! Gino, Kristen, and Richard have been wonderful and could not have done more to make us feel like family. If not for my need to be closer to the city, I would stay :(. Anyone reading this that might be on the fence about living here -- just do it. They will take care of you.

I’ve lived here now for 6 months and absolutely love it. I love the staff, I love the property, absolutely love our apartment! I feel like every resident I meet is super nice- we actually have friends we meet up with down at the pool now (which is super nice since we’re from across the country). Property is clean. Kristen is AMAZING! My wife and I are moving to this property this week, so I can’t speak towards the living environment just yet. That aside, the property is beautiful! Well designed and well laid out. Ample parking, truly walking distance to RTD. The amenities are a lot nicer quality than those of nearby competitors and as a whole, feel built to last. The units do not seem like they were rushed, and like the construction team took appropriate care to ensure the quality of the builds, aesthetic appeal to prospective residents, and vision of the property overseers. The breezeways are very clean, and do not smell at all! The groundskeeper does their job very well here. Residents seem to pickup after their dogs well, we didn’t see any dog poop anywhere. The application process was an absolute breeze, thanks to Kristen, even though my wife and I tried to over complicate it on multiple occasions. Now, onto the staff! We worked with Kristen throughout the entire process. We came in without an appointment, on a Saturday late in the afternoon and applied in person on Sunday, the very next morning. She was incredibly accommodating throughout every step! She is great at being open and honest with you, while still being respectful which is a rarity it seems when you’re touring apartments. She helped us to be able to dream up where we could put our furniture without being misleading about how large/small the space was. She got to know us and made us feel like we were already a part of this great new community. Kristen is very knowledgeable about the whole process of moving, rental applications and fees, and is excellent at sifting through strange financial circumstances for potential residents. What really blew us away was the fact that we had sent an email after working hours regarding some follow up questions we had, and she replied the same night! I understand this probably cannot and should not happen all the time but that’s just one example of how willing to help she was to us! She took time out of her personal life to help enrich our experience and it was at that moment that we knew, we had found our new home and the search could stop. TL;DR Elevate at Peña Station is a very nice new community and the buildings are well designed/built. Kristen is amazing and helped to give us an incredibly seamless experience. This was a breath of fresh air for my wife and I and we cannot wait to live there later this week. Thank you for everything Kristen!

Home sweet home! I have never in my life been excited about moving into apartments. Ever. Until now. Not only are the apartment layouts homey and spacious, nothing about them have an apartment feel to it. The on-site amenities are incredible & completely state of the art and modern! I am absolutely in love with the gym, so much that after the first time seeing it, drove straight to my gym & canceled my membership & am even more obsessed with the spin/yoga/Pilates room! I work at Denver International Airport, so goodbye & good riddance Pena traffic and commuting to work. I am walking distance to RTD A Line train. One stop & I am at work!! But what honestly sealed the deal for me was the property manager, Gino and his incredible staff! My car got stuck in the blizzard, Gino & his team were able to get a plow truck to get it out! We already extended our lease from a 12 to an 18 month!! This place is everything!!
