Absolutely amazing place to live, beautiful modern apartments with fantastic amenities, mountain views and the light rail just a couple minute walk away. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, Gino and Kristen happily answered any questions I had. If you're even considering scheduling a tour or just want to take a peek around the area then get to it!

Best place to be trapped at home for 2020! Great clean amenities and new interiors with a friendly staff. I was excited to live close to the rail and get DT easily but then covid hit. Was still happy to live here!

Seriously one of the best places I've lived in. The community is wonderful & facilities are brand new. The best part would have to be the staff, however. They bend over backwards to accommodate us, and it shows a level of concern that I've never experienced anywhere else. UPDATE: Had to deduct stars due to the parking situation. As the complex filled up (or maybe people park here to use the nearby train station), spots have become scarce. I've had to leave my car in front of the garbage pickup area it's that bad. Really disappointing. UPDATE 2: Management took immediate action to solve the parking issue - good job guys. FINAL UPDATE: Well, it's been a year and I have to say... gonna miss this place! Gino, Kristen, and Richard have been wonderful and could not have done more to make us feel like family. If not for my need to be closer to the city, I would stay :(. Anyone reading this that might be on the fence about living here -- just do it. They will take care of you.

Wonderful living space with a modern atmosphere. I absolutely love the upscale appliances and the large, open kitchen! The amenities are awesome: pool, giant hot tub, clubhouse, dog park, and more. Gino has done such a great job managing this place and he is always eager to help us feel at home in the community.

I am beyond happy with the property! Everything is really comfortable and so well taken care of, and Gino is very helpful and his staff is so friendly. I really couldn’t ask for a better place to be.

Been living here for about a year now and I have seen the staff turn this place around. They are very responsive and caring with any issues I have had, and do a great job with plowing snow and keeping the building clean. Thumbs up!

This is by far the best complex I’ve lived in, the management is so helpful and will take care of anything you ask them too, there extremely helpful and help out there residence. There’s a hot tub a heated pool and fire pit it’s really amazing.

Elevate was nothing but good to us! I only had basic cosmetic maintenance and it was always taken care of in 1-2 business days. Newly built apartments only a few years old. The management is superior! Highly recommended! 😎👍🏼
