Really wonderful community and very nice apartments. I enjoyed my time here and met a lot of really great neighbors around the pool area. Gino and Kristen were both really awesome with getting me moved in and helping me with my needs. They're always there to answer any questions I have. The huge kitchen is definitely my favorite feature, these are definitely the nicest apartments I have ever lived in, hands down. Gino helped me with some maintenance issues upon moving in, they were VERY accommodating and resolved my issues as quickly as they possibly could.

Seriously one of the best places I've lived in. The community is wonderful & facilities are brand new. The best part would have to be the staff, however. They bend over backwards to accommodate us, and it shows a level of concern that I've never experienced anywhere else. UPDATE: Had to deduct stars due to the parking situation. As the complex filled up (or maybe people park here to use the nearby train station), spots have become scarce. I've had to leave my car in front of the garbage pickup area it's that bad. Really disappointing. UPDATE 2: Management took immediate action to solve the parking issue - good job guys. FINAL UPDATE: Well, it's been a year and I have to say... gonna miss this place! Gino, Kristen, and Richard have been wonderful and could not have done more to make us feel like family. If not for my need to be closer to the city, I would stay :(. Anyone reading this that might be on the fence about living here -- just do it. They will take care of you.

My boyfriend and I just moved out to Colorado from Connecticut a month ago and we couldn’t be happier with our new home! Everything works great, and it looks amazing as well! Gino and Kristen have been such a huge help for us seeing as how this was our first move together. They still continue to wow us with their genuine care for their residents. We would recommend this apartment to anybody!

Moved here about a month ago and my girlfriend an I absolutely love it here. Gino and Kristen are very welcoming and helpful. The hospitality is great. The complex has a lot to offer. I strongly recommend people move here you will not regret it.

I’ve lived here now for 6 months and absolutely love it. I love the staff, I love the property, absolutely love our apartment! I feel like every resident I meet is super nice- we actually have friends we meet up with down at the pool now (which is super nice since we’re from across the country). Property is clean. Maintenance management is incredible. The whole leasing process was a breeze, and again getting everything ready from across the country. I recommend Elevate no doubt, they made our what should have been stressful move a breeze! Thank you guys!

I am so thankful for Kristen and the property manager! Thank you guys for making this the easiest process! Our questions never went unanswered and Kristen took her time to show us EVERYTHING. I felt like I was home the moment I walked into the LEASING OFFICE. Not the apartment, the leasing office. I’m so happy our family gets to live here.

Great location, very nice units, and the transition was very clear and easy. Most of all, the property manger; Gino, was very flexible and transparent. I've been there for a week now and i absolutely love my place!

Kristen is awesome, the staff is nice and reslly informative. Moving from Houston and this place is RIGHT next to the light rail, 10 min to airport, and next to highway, gas station, very peaceful vibe
