Words cannot express how amazing Gino & Kristen are. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. It is refreshing to find people who genuinely care about your well being. They are kind, approachable, and friendly. I always find myself smiling after ever interaction that I have with them. I am absolutely blown away by them both. If you are looking to lease somewhere you will feel completely at home, Elevate at Pena Station is the place to be!!!!!

Coming from my old apartment that I had in Aurora this is such an upgrade for me. I absolutely love it here.! everyone has been so kind as far as my neighbors and all of the staff here.! I love that the maintenance is always on top of any problem that I have the two people that specifically need a shout out are Eduardo And Jose. They both are so kind. And they are so quick to fix any problem that I have had and I like how they do follow ups to let you know when the job has been done. I highly recommend living in this community. It’s affordable and save and relatively quiet.

When we're looking for an apartment we ran into Elevate apartments they showed us apartments straight forward and very nice Jeff Jackie and another manager who showed us apartment anyway they were so very nice to us . Also we had small maintenance issue they we're there the next morning Jose and Eduardo were very professional and nice to have in the home !!! The last place we lived at it took 4 days for a toilet repair !!! We are saving over a $1000.00 a month and have better clubhouse and garage !!! We love living here !!! Thank you Jeff Jackie Jose and Eduardo for making this a home not just a place to rent ... Heather

We LOVED Elevate! We lived there for a year and loved every minute of it! Gino and his team are amazing! They are very pet friendly! We have a PitBull and he was very welcome! The pool is always very clean as well as the gym! The people in the community are also very friendly. An added bonus is the private security! Thank you for having us for a year!
