I’ve lived here since December. I was having trouble with other apartments in the area getting approved because of a low credit score. Josh helped me get approved to move in. Josh has been so helpful it’s insane! During my first month living here Amazon had left an important package outside the entry door to my apartment building while I was at work. (Amazon took a pic and sent it to me where they left the package) I called Josh at the office and he went and grabbed my package and held it for me so it was safe! He seriously didn’t have to do that for be but he did! He’s an awesome dude and is always willing to help! I can’t give him enough credit for making me feel welcome and comfortable in my new home!! Thanks Josh!!

Love this place! Management is great!

Been living here for about a year now and I have seen the staff turn this place around. They are very responsive and caring with any issues I have had, and do a great job with plowing snow and keeping the building clean. Thumbs up!

Caitlin andJosh are the best. I moved here after a really traumatic experience with past management at my previous apartment complex. These two have been a breath of fresh air. They always interact with my daughter. And even if I just stop in to say hi, they are always so friendly. I’m glad I chose to move here!

I’ve lived here since September. Neighbors are nice, grounds are kept clean, the amenities are lovely and the gym is awesome. The staff is pretty friendly also. The only thing I’d say could be better is the office staff actually answering the phone once in a while. I always have to come into the office if I need a question answered. Outside of that I really enjoy living here

its been nothing but good living here. The management has been incredible. Pool was kept up in the summer. Maintenance team works really hard and everything was properly fixed within a few business days.

I've been a tenant for a year, never had an issue with monthly payments being paid or price changes on my apartment. I recommend these apartments for anyone who plans to work at the airport. The Train station is right down the road and a start bucks is just a 3 min walk away. The gym is very nice and the amount of people that utilize this gym is slim to none. Re uped for another year for my convenience and the fact that management is super helpful when you need help, but does not over step their boundaries .

Elevate was nothing but good to us! I only had basic cosmetic maintenance and it was always taken care of in 1-2 business days. Newly built apartments only a few years old. The management is superior! Highly recommended! 😎👍🏼

Things were different when new management took over - but, that doesn’t necessarily mean negatively. Change is always hard! We all love Gino and Kristen- I must say that Caitlin and Ciarra really helped me out in my final months living here. I appreciate them very much. Thank you for doing everything you can do to help me and the community.
