Things were different when new management took over - but, that doesn’t necessarily mean negatively. Change is always hard! We all love Gino and Kristen- I must say that Caitlin and Ciarra really helped me out in my final months living here. I appreciate them very much. Thank you for doing everything you can do to help me and the community.

I highly recommend checking out Elevate at Pena Station! This place is definitely one of the nicest apartment complexes. The facility is well kept up with, there are tons of amenities, but the best part is the staff. Gino and Kristen are super friendly and make you free like more than just a renter. The staff makes sure everyone that comes in (guest or resident) feels like they are family. I never got the chance to live here due to personal reasons stopping me from moving to Colorado; however, if I ever move to Colorado in the future I will definitely be calling this place home!

Lived there for 4 years. I only moved because my employer's office moved out to Golden. The office and maintenance staff were friendly, competent and patient. Whenever I had a maintenance issue or they had to inspect something in my apartment, they always worked with my schedule so I wouldn't have to cage my dog who is old, and traumatized by being in the cage. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I lived here for two years and it was fantastic. Gino and Kristen and the maintenance team are AMAZING. Seriously. You can't beat this area of GVR, either. Being on the A line is so convenient for getting downtown without driving. If you need a relatively quiet place to live with good amenities, look no further.

I am moving from out of state and I have been searching for an apartment for a few days, when I came across this complex I knew immediately it was the right fit for me. Ciara was so helpful during the tour. I will be submitting an application for sure!

I love Elevate! I have lived here for 2 years and I have no complaints. Gino the property manager and his team are so awesome and so helpful! Any time there is a problem Gino has a solution! I also utilize the pool, gym and yoga studio all the time and they are always so clean and refreshing. The community is very pet friendly, my bull dog Franko loves it here. We highly recommend Elevate at Pena Station!

Great place to live. The office staff (Gino & Kristen) are always friendly and helpful. I know that whatever I need they will take care of it for me.

My daughters both lived here. It is so beautiful. I loved coming to visit them. The bedrooms are spacious and the living room was big enough that we could sit 10 people comfortably for a special Christmas dinner.

I would 100% suggest living here! Gino is the best! He is so bubbly and understanding he will make you feel right at home. The whole staff is the same way. The buildings are absolutely beautiful. You will quickly find out how friendly everyone is. You not only become friends with the people here but they also become your family. It was such a blessing living here.
