I would 100% suggest living here! Gino is the best! He is so bubbly and understanding he will make you feel right at home. The whole staff is the same way. The buildings are absolutely beautiful. You will quickly find out how friendly everyone is. You not only become friends with the people here but they also become your family. It was such a blessing living here.

Where do I start ? I’ve been here and everything has been very awesome our leasing office is very respectful and get things done pretty quickly. My place is perfect I never really had to call maintenance unless I accidentally did something wrong .The area and the neighborhood is very clean and quiet I would never leave :) !!!!

If you are looking for a great place to rent where the office staff is friendly and responsive then Elevate is the place to lease. Gino, Kristen, Richard, and the maintenance crew are amazing. Whenever I need anything, they are always there, willing and ready to assist! The property is beautiful and super close to the light-rail! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

Very friendly! Always treated with kindness by the office staff and owner. Apartments are beautiful and spacious. Most of all, very dog friendly!

This apartment complex is its own little community. Not to big, not to small, but just right. The leasing staff is INCREDIBLE. Gino will make you feel like you belong, and will go above and beyond to make you feel like family. I could NOT have picked a better place to get my very first apartment.

I’ve lived here since December. I was having trouble with other apartments in the area getting approved because of a low credit score. Josh helped me get approved to move in. Josh has been so helpful it’s insane! During my first month living here Amazon had left an important package outside the entry door to my apartment building while I was at work. (Amazon took a pic and sent it to me where they left the package) I called Josh at the office and he went and grabbed my package and held it for me so it was safe! He seriously didn’t have to do that for be but he did! He’s an awesome dude and is always willing to help! I can’t give him enough credit for making me feel welcome and comfortable in my new home!! Thanks Josh!!

Wonderful apartment complex! Management is pleasant, super accommodating and takes great care of their residents! Maintenance is extremely quick to get to any issue, I couldn’t be happier with anywhere else!
